Kicks your butt!

Great workout for beginers to advanced. Its very easy to follow and really gets the job done.Like other reviewers said, it's not entirely a kickboxing workout, but you can see the martial arts/kickboxing influences in many of the moves/steps.
This video is great if you want to work your lower body (thighs, butt). I only wish that they had incorporated more moves for the arms, aside from the rounds of push ups...

I love this workout. If you want to sweat, and get your heart rate through the roof. This is the workout for you. I've been workout for a while now, and I know a great workout exercise when I do it, and do it right.

Good my heart rate up and made my legs burn which was great (that was the goal).

The trainer knows her stuff which in my opinion is very important.

Only problem? Bad music - but I guess that's pretty universal throughout workout videos.

I love this cardio workout. It is about half an hour of sweat! It's great if i don't have a lot of time and just need a great heart pumping workout. Plus it works my butt! Can't complain about that!

I was really impressed with this 30 minute workout. Its really challenging. I worked up a sweat and had really sore legs the next day. The workout takes more of an effort than your standard cardio workout. I love it! I only wish it was 1 hour rather than 30 minutes.

What is an mp4? Windows media player won't even open it! Luckily I got this from MyCokeRewards for a measly 3 points. Half an hour downloading and it won't even open! Don't waste your real money on this unless you know how to open it! And if you do, I'd love to know how because it comes with no readme or instructions at all!

Very good workout. The instructor has a very nice voice to listen to while working out, which,for me, is one of the key elements for a good video. She makes the workout look easy to do while at the same time I am getting a great cardio workout.

I enjoyed the workout. I think it would have been better if the camera angle were closer, the way it was shot made it hard for me to easily follow along. Also, it could have been that my computer was running slowly & didn't allow for the video to completely download without delays.

I love this video, it was a little hard to keep up with at first because I had been out of the workout scene for a while, but this work out is great. Would defeinitely recommend to friends and family. I feel that if I can keep up with the plan I will be in tip top pre-pregnancy shape in no time.

Decent workout. Wish it would have had less marital arts moves and more explosive moves. All in all it was just okay. Not one of my favorites.

This video was fun and gave me a really good work out. I couldn't even finish it the first few times i did it, but once I did I felt great! I am covered in sweat about half way through--definately burns some calories. The name says it all-Cardio Kick Butt. I have told all of my friends that they should definately purchase this if they want an excellent work out. You do a lot of squats and lunges so you get an excellent toning workout for you legs and behind. The video also goes by really fast. I will definately purchase others from this series!

This is a super calories burner!!! I used to do cardio before, but I never sweat as much as I sweat with this one, I love it!! It's fun, the moves are easy but effective and the trainer guides you and push you thru all the workout (wich I find necessary in a good workout video) Some of the moves for the lower body are too fast for me ,specially cause my knees hurt sometimes so I have to go slow, but I think with practice I'll catch up, anyway I've been using this video only for only a couple of days and it's just great, I think I'll stick to it no matter what!

I just have a review about the download on all my videos. They pause every few seconds and stay that way for about ten seconds. Very annoying.

Good workout. The first time I did it, I was confused with all of the different moves, but that will come with more practice. Lots of different routines, high heart rate, and the instructor does a nice job with keeping you in it. Not as perky as some other ladies, but, at least to me, she's more relateable. Also, as a male, I was glad to see that they had a guy in the background and I didn't feel out of place as much.

Good cardio workout but found it very misleading that it is advertised as a kickboxing workout. Didn't think there was much kickboxing involved at all during the workout. Do not buy if you are looking for a good kickboxing workout.

I absolutely love kick boxing and sometimes find it hard to find an exercise video that is challenging enough. But Cardio Kick Butt really does kick your butt. It's fun yet makes you sweat at the same time. That's what exercise is about for me! I love it.
