Started the upper body and ab routines on Exercise tv and was hooked. Hard to find an upper body routine that really hits all the major muscle groups.. Ab routine is great too! Just started the lower body and already feel a difference. Definitely a keeper.. |

Great tape. Brief but targeted routines. I like thqat the individual workouts are only about 20 minutes each, very useful if you're pressed for time. |
