music didn't quite get me going

This is probably beginner for younger people, but for me it's a bit challenging - and even if I get the moves - I'm not so sure I would want anyone to see them. The dance is fun, though, and the teacher is very good and energetic.

Great workout. Love the dance moves so much that I overdid some which caused a hurting in my shoulder, which subsided after a soak in the hottub and a break from the exercise. Otherwise, it is a great workout.
