amazing workout

It DELIVERS!

My heart rate went up and my abs and booty felt some pain. I think for 20 minutes, it really DELIVERS!!!!

I love this short but precise routine . . . feels very effective in just 20 mins . . The Instructor sounds encouraging without being patronising . . . Decided to download so have it at all times . .

quick and effective

If you have just 20 minutes this is a great workout to hit your glutes, hammys and core. Unlike another reviewer, I felt like there was a good mix of cardio in here with sculpting= interval training. Very effective as opposed to a constant stream of cardio. I love Natalie too, she is super down to earth.

Woah!

This one will kick your butt into shape! Natalie is a great trainer with a good attitude and high spirits. She's really fun and will truly challange you!

The kickboxing segments were weak, but the booty segments made up for it.

In my opinion, this was NOT worth my $3. I was expecting more cardio than it gave me. If I'm working out for 20 minutes, I want to make every minute count! It also REALLY bothered me how she didn't do the moves with the music. I love kickboxing, but part of the fun is what feels like "dancing" to the music. If you don't move to the music, it's hard to feel that way! This product wasn't the quality I expected ... :(

I love Natalie Yco! Her style is intense, but not over the top. She clearly and simply
explains the workout without unnecessary shouting, and annoying high energy. This
workout is also a great time maximizer. In just 20 min. you work the core, glutes, and
do cardio to help boost your metabolism. It's a workout I can make time for every day
despite my busy schedule, and it covers all the bases. Thanks Natalie!

I love this work out, it reminds me of a class offered at my gym only difference is that I can do it whenever I want at home, Love it! The KBC insturctor doesn't confuse you and makes it easy to follow.

I didn't know Natalie was a trainer. I have seen her on Jilian Michaels' workout videos. And I always thought she was super tough. The other day I got an email from exercisetv advertising about the Free Full Length workouts and when I took a look at them I saw this workout video with Natalie.
I did it and LOVED it. It is totally worth to buy it. It was only 20 minutes but perfect for those days when we don't have a lot of time to workout. I got super tired in those 20 minutes. She is AWESOME.
