This workout really kicked my butt in a short amount of time. Really great when you want an effective and easy to follow workout in 20 minutes. |

First time when I did this, for some reason I did not like it very much. But now when I have done it a couple of times more, I really enjoy it! It is short but fairly intense cardio blast - and fun! Instructor is good, her cueing is good. |

This is a great quick workout- great to incorporate into your workout regimen. It is cardio and sculpting in a quick 20 minutes. The combinations at first try may be a bit confusing but after doing it once or twice it is quite easy. I love Amy too- add some work kick box videos please!~ |
