Good, but

It's a good workout, but there are too many lunges for me. I still worked up a sweat, but had to modify the last sets of lunges because my knees are sore.

Easy, except for abs and the pushups

able to do it!

Having MS there are many exercises I can not do like the quick step and jumping but I still worked up a sweat and got a great workout.

I purchased this workout along with two others by the same trainer. Although not as many high intensity moves in this one it is a great total body workout with easy to follow basic moves.

Awesome Workout

This is an awesome workout!!!!! It targets the entire body. It is cardio and body sculpting all in one. Doing this several days a week will surely get your body in shape!!!!!

I chose this video because I was looking for a full-body workout, and that's what I got! My one complaint was that the workout is advertised under "cardio" and although it will get your heart rate up, I was hoping for some more jumping jacks or something. 98% of this workout is weight lifting/squats/medicine ball moves. But if that's what you're looking for, this workout is for you! I especially appreciate the instructor's demonstration of each exercise before starting the reps. I was sweating by the end!

Really Makes Me Over...

This is a challenging all over body workout but easy to follow even for the first time.
All exercises are done in 45 sec. intervals, all of them challenging different muscle groups at the same time. A definite keeper.

For someone who has not worked out in years and wants somewhere to start, this is perfect. Although I have not completed a full workout (I am still working my way there) I am happy with the progress so far.

While this routine is easy to follow, it definately will give you a great workout that makes you sweat & exhausts your muscles! The instructor Steve has a very nice personality keeps you motivated. When you're finished you know you did something good for yourself!

I thought this was a great 40 minute workout that combined strength and cardio without alot of impact. Moves can be easily modified for beginners or more advanced.
