I love this workout! I started doing it after the birth of my son in combination with running every day (almost everyday!) and I am really liking Jen's style!!

Just OK

I only give this workout 2 stars b/c I was hoping for more of an interval work-out, mixing cardio and weights. I like to get the most for my work-outs- 20-30 minutes max every day. The cardio was very limited and I added my own into the mix during down times of this workout. Another note- there is moderate yoga in this workout and I am just not into that, so perhaps that's why I didn't care for this. It was just kind of slow. If you like yoga and want to add this into an existing routine, then it's worth a shot. I personally won't do it again.

I love Jennifer Galardi. I think her dancer's background really translates to the workout. The fact is, this workout is easy to follow and gave me amazing results. I don't think my legs have ever looked this good. And my arms are strong! I feel confident. I'm toned. This is a great workout for women!

I LOVE this workout. I ordered it after it wasn't coming up on my TV anymore so I can do it whenever I want. It is short and sweet but hits all the right spots. Good instructor.
