This is a tough ab workout. I love this guy Steve--he is upbeat and gives great instruction. I'm not sure how he can talk during the video because I know I couldn't. It's great overall and I'm glad I added it to my library.

Wow!

Felt sooooo great. I am still at an intermediate level, so I backed off a bit, but still felt like I spent an hour in the gym focusing on ab work!

Different

I like his approach to working the abs. It's different then others. The Calisthenics portion is my favorite. Why I chose 3 stars is simply because he doesn't show you his abs and to me it helps seeing what I'm trying to achieve.

Not for beginners!

This is an intense Ab workout! Actually works your entire core as well as arms and legs, since you use planks for so many of the exercises. Great if you are looking for intensity...

Enjoying the workout so far. Seems to be geting to my obliques moe than most tapes I've tried! I look forward to mixing it with the Total Body 20 minute workouts from Steve Maresca & Michael Carson!

A great Abs workout. Really challenging. Perfect if you have reached the plateau with
the traditional crunches routines. Not good for those, like my husband, who cannot stand on their toes.
