I like the workout very much, which is the reason I purchased it, since I could not longer use it for free anymore. However, the timing of the music and movement of the trainers is off for most of the video. They get in sync about the last five or ten minutes of the video. Maybe something is lost in the download. If that could be fixed it would be great. However, I can still use, I just listen to it and move to the beat of the music and Kendall's directions, which are great.

Cool!

I really like how encouraging he is. I feel like I would like to take classes with him, and he wouldn't belittle me or berate me.

great workout

Kendall is lively and gets your heart pumping. I like the fact that it is low impact. I have awful knees and I prefer not to do too much jumping but anyone could make it higher impact if they wanted too.

fun but not challenging

i had fun doing this workout. it is easy to follow, with good instructions. however, i did not feel like i got much of a workout when i was done. it's something i'd let my 9 yr old daughter do for fun when she wants to do exercise "like mommy" - that's how "beginner" it is!

Great Workout

I really enjoyed this workout. The instructor is really energetic and in great shape. I would love to be in one of his workout videos. Usually I would get bored but this video kept me going to the end. I would suggest that people I know purchase this great workout video.

Okay

I really like Kendell, but I didn't think this was that great of a workout. My heart rate raised a little, but not a lot. I was hoping for something really intense like one of his other videos but was kinda disappointed. Good video for if you're just beginning, though.

I LOVE IT!!!Kendell's workouts are fun, stimulating and challenging enough to keep you coming back for more tobetter yourself. He is great to work out with first thing in the morning(5am!) and as a single mother of two (9yrs and 1yr.) PERFECT for me!! Bring more workouts from this master of cardio fitness.

This is an excellent workout. It's fun and you can keep up with the steps because Kendell's cues are timely. The music is great and keeps you in step as well. I'm looking for other workouts by Kendell because he is my favorite so far on Exercise TV. I crave working out to Kendell's segments and I never thought I'd say that. Kudos to Kendell for keeping me motivated and eager to workout.

This is a great workout, gets your heart pumping, and builds from one step to the next so it is easy to learn. Kendell is a very good instructor, he explains the steps well, shows you what to do, and is very good a cuing. If you are looking for a cardio routine that gives you results and is fun, this one is it.
