This is one of my favorite stomach workouts ever! It is only 8 minutes long but it is so challenging and actually makes your stomach sore! I usually do this followed by Elise's 'Yoga Fitness Plus' which is the best yoga video EVER! She definitely needs to make more yoga videos!
