THERE WILL BE SWEAT!

I love Lia's workouts. She is clear and complete with instructions, but it fits within the time you need to do the move. and...there will be sweat...much sweat. More Lia!!!!!

Good calorie burner

Hits a lot of muscle groups, throws in just a pinch of coordination to challenge the mind, and my HRM estimates over 400 calories burned with this one. I call it a winner.

This workout really hurt my knees. It is also repetitive and not for me, since I get board real easy.

RELIEF

It's a little challenging,but it(for me) gave relief. when feelling yucky,stiff, feeling like a slug...well,just do this workout and you will feel very energectic to do whatever is needed to be done for the day........refreshing indeed! (smile)

I love it. It is the best thing for my glutes. Found nothing like it. I noticed a difference in just a week. I didn't notice that you can download workouts. I freaked when I started yours for a week then it was gone. You can imagine my surprise. Then I found it here. Yah!

Great Find

I was on the lookout for a light workout to keep fit during my pregnancy, and I found it! it doesnt involve too much cardio or too much focus on ab work, so I am able to modify or omit according to my doctors orders. Thanks Lia!!

This is one of the best workouts I have ever done.
During 40 minutes, you get a really efficient strength workout, with just a little bit of cardio, but not too much.
The exercises are easy to follow, Lia Montelongo explains and shows just how to do the moves, she does'nt put you in a rush (like some others who have already finished by the time you figure out what you're supposed to do !).
When done, I feel I have worked out my entire body, I feel good ...and that's what you expect from a workout, don't you ?

Boring

I have to pass along to not waste your time and money on Lia's video. The exercises were not challenging, fun or technical. It is hard to find a good trainer. I was expecting that Exercise TV put someone on their site they would be good. This is the reason why I had to pass along my thoughts. Please don't waste your money on this boring and lack of creativity.
