This is really my all time favourite Yoga workout!
It is just as Angie puts it: 'you can make it as challenging as you want it to be'.
Lots of modifications for the beginner or the advanced exerciser as well.
Works the whole body, including the core. There is a little cardio in it and a bit more emphasis on strength then in the avarage yoga workout (hence the fitness).
I do it at least once a week as an addition to my regular workouts, kind of a desert! It not only makes your body feel good but your mind as well.

Designed for upper body strength. Not sure where the "fusion" comes from...it's basically a slow flow yoga practice with heavy emphasis on uppper body strength.

With over 20 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry, LA based fitness expert Angie Stewart effectively combines her experience as an “eye of the tiger” competitive athlete and as a “peaceful warrior” yogi into her popular style of teaching.
