With over 20 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry, LA based fitness expert Angie Stewart effectively combines her experience as an “eye of the tiger” competitive athlete and as a “peaceful warrior” yogi into her popular style of teaching. Angie is known for seamlessly weaving elements of athleticism, discipline, strength, flexibility, and grace into each carefully crafted, challenging class. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree, is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Yoga Instructor. This southern belle will transform your life with her unique, effective and easy to follow exercise programs.
