I love nicole stewart she is precise,adept,and her exercises help me a great deal as i had my spine fused..i use her exercises combined with chris freytags upper body workouts it has greatly helped me build my core stomach and back muscles since i suffer alot of opain from having a 7 level spine fusion..on the upper body with chris freytag it is completely helpful and doesnt hurt my back and upper neck area where i am still sensitive from severe car accident..i LOVE these! bREE

I no longer have digital cable so I had to purchase the video for my computer. However, I have experienced difficulty with the quality of the vid download. First, the download to my desktop stopped working, so I now have to log on to Exercise on Demand to work out, and the video is choppy (audio & visual) on the site. I hope this is corrected.

I really like this workout! I've been look for something that is a challenge. It's nice to be able to concentrate on the moves, and not have to jump around all the time just to get a workout. I really feel like I worked out! Love it!
Bought this because I've enjoyed it in the past on demand on TV, and hate hunting for it--or worrying that it will be gone. I like to do it regularly and hope to actually memorize it. Seems like it will continue to be challenging, though, with the variations for advanced exercisers. I've got a looong way to go before I'm ready for those, but this won't kill my back in the meantime. (Of course, I modify for my wimpy self--there's no way I'd try the full-leg situp until my abs are stronger.)
This is a wonderful pilates abs workout. It's part beginner and part intermediate, in my opinion. There's some easy exercises and then some not-so easy exercises (the 100's LoL and the obliques) but all and all it's a great routine. Plus you really don't have to do all the exercises at first. Everyone should just try a few at a time and get the breathing and form down first and then do more as you get better. I've lost over 33lbs with THIS exercise and a nice little diet as well as some Outdoor running. And it also helps that Nicole is a wonderful communicator & teacher. I've already recommended this to all my family and friends. Thanks Nicole & Exercise T.V.
I love this exercise! I also do the legs slimmer and toner and total body pilates. It really works the core!

This workout is great for someone who is very busy. It's quick and effective.
As long as you do it every day, you'll see results. Likely within four to six weeks. I love it!
I find the format and 10 minute time to be great especially for a traveler. The level of the workout is perfect for the newbie. Worth the price.
I really liked that it was comprehensive but an easy workout for ten minutes.
I love her work outs,they get the work done without making you hurt especially if you're a begginer with Pilates. She is the only trainer for me lol.
