WOW!

When I started doing this, I was like "This is too easy.". As I went along, I learned I was completely wrong! I had to stop 20 minutes into the workout to go take a break! My abs were tired and I couldn't take it any more. Eventually, my bottom started to hurt when I was doing the ovals and I was just like "Really?". Anyway, I liked it and it helped me a lot.

I love this work out so much, that i don't feel the time drag. I only wish that Tandy had more videos.

Excellent and great cuing

Wow - so thorough and very good cueing. I like that she explains things in a non-cutesy manner. Good workout for intermediate or those days when you don't feel like anything too difficult.

LOVE IT!

This is a perfect beginner pilates workout! I love the way that she explains everything. It is so easy to follow and understand. I have done this workout a few times and each time I know I'm getting a better workout! I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in pilates!

I loved this video. Even tho it is a beginner, it is awesome. Very easy to follow, if you've never done pilates.
I've done this at least 10 times since I bought it. I would
highly recommend.

Great Intro to Pilates

Love the instruction on this workout! Very easy to understand. The workout was challenging, but not overly so; great for a beginner in the Pilates world. I have discovered muscles I don't think I've used in years. This will definitely be incorporated into my regular workout schedule.

Great workout!

This is a great way to get a quick but challenging workout with lots of attention to Pilates form. Highly recommend it. The instructor is precise and very clear. I'll look for more of her workouts.

AMAZING

This workout is amazing! Its quick and challenging, but the best part is the next day when I feel sore and toned. Tandy is so specific, she truly takes pilates to the next level.
