I absolutely love this workout. It really works your whole body and keeps your muscles guessing, not to mention the cardio bursts too. Fabulous.

OMG!! Jus purchased this video 30 mins ago and now I am sweating like crazy.. The workout is excellent, really gets your heart beat up and brings out the sweat.
