I liked it! I will use this workout 3 times a week, I think that this will be very effective if I do them regularly. Pretty simple moves, but I still need to build more ab strength to be able to hold the plank as long as he does!

awesome!

I've had my own little 10min core workout for years. I found this one through comcast on-demand and I was stoked! It is a completely different set of moves, and a great workout to alternate with my original:)
