About The Trainer

Lisa Austin


Born and raised in Texas, Lisa Austin is an incredible trainer and athlete with diverse experience and an inspirational style. After receiving her B.A. in Exercise and Sports Studies at the University Of Texas at Arlington, Lisa knew she was destined for a career in fitness. As an all-star athlete in track and field, Lisa Austin was an NCAA All-American triple jumper at UTA and finished eighth at the US Olympic Trials in 1996. From 1996-1998, Lisa coached Track and Field at the University Nevada Las Vegas. Her prior experience also includes the development of fitness training for athletes on the professional women's tennis tour, including Jennifer Capriati, Martina Navratilova and Eleni Daniliidou, which required traveling with them all around the world. Lisa also co-contributed to the book, “Shape Yourself” written by Martina Navratilova.
