I do at LEAST 10 minutes of Yoga every day - this is the PERFECT way for me to get in my 10 minutes in the morning. Its just challenging enough (for the beginner like me), and I walk away feeling very energized and ready to take on the day. Meghan is awesome - her style of teaching is very fun and encouraging. She offers variations so you can take it easy or test your abilities! Perfect! I would highly recommend! |

Nice way to get your body ready for the day, especially if you have a bad mattress! I find it best to start with this and then continue with Tom Morley Cardio Yoga or Zen in Your Den for a real workout. |
