Great Workout

I loved this workout. My legs really felt the work. Excellent technique and the instructor was easy to understand. I loved the flow of the exercises and the quantity, when I couldn't do one exercise anymore it was time for the new one, making the workout easy.

I bought this workout because it looked like an easy workout that I could do if I didn't have much time or energy. Boy was I wrong! This is a demanding workout, particularly for the lower body. Lizbeth is an excellent instructor and makes it look very easy. Her easy, laid back attitude is also great, very welcome if you don't like the drill sergeant approach.

I've been a little afraid of pilates because I am not very flexible - nor will I ever be. This is a great video for someone like me - low on flexibility but wanting to develop core strength and power. The movements are perfect for me. Other pilates routines I have found on videos typically require a lot of flexibility which makes the workouts very difficult and unenjoyable. This video is a great muscle strength and endurance challenge and it has helped to increase my flexibility. I interchange it with the "Less Is More - Cardio" video with Cindy Whitmarsh. A great combination.

Wonderful little video. I work out with it frequently, and and the instructor is very soft-spoken and takes her time. It makes you relax - and I find it easier to work out with her than I do on my own. Please let me know if she has any other Pilates workouts. I would gladly buy any more that she has. Thank you!!

I love this video! When I started doing it, I was new to pilates and I struggled a little. I would have to pause it to make sure I got the exercise right. As with any exercise I have done, it has gotten easier and I can see how much better I have gotten at it. I still struggle a little with the end(I have weak wrists).
All in all, I believe that this is a wonderful video for beginners and that anyone can benefit from it. Coordination is not something you need to begin, but something you will acquire from practicing it regularly. I do this video 6 times a week. My core feels stronger and I am more centered.

wowza! i just finished this workout and a workout it was. im a pilates beginner and i thought this is a good workout. it leaves you feeling like you just did an hr of exercise. this is a good upper and lower body workout. although some kind of coordination may be needed its not so bad to follow if you pay attention to what lizbeth is doing. i did have to pause in one part of the workout towards the end bc the particular movement was difficult for me. lizbeth is a good instuctor, she makes the flow of her workout easy to follow. and the best part is that its quick, perfect for all you busy people.

p.s. a mat and sufficient space is very highly recommended.

it ok, if you have coordination problems like me you will never get through it. I want pilates not a dance routine while rolling around on the floor. Got through it once and never again.
