Ok...not the best

This workout video was ok at best. First of all, I didn't think the moves were very hard, especially for anyone who has ever done any Pilates or Yoga at all. I have done a small amount of pilates, and i probably rank as an intermediate in yoga, so it is not like i am really good at either. Anyway, The moves in the last 2 min were a little challenging, but I felt he rushed the bridge poses, and I thought the moves that were strung out at the end were more work on the back than the abs. Right now, my back is a little sore and my abs not at all.

ha ha so Fun! IN ten minutes he will kick your proverbial butt, or should I say stomach? It's quick, its effective, and its memorable, these moves can go with you practically anywhere you can fit a yoga mat!

Love Tom('s workouts)!

Love Tom Morley, love his workouts!
Love his attituted of 'don't worry about the poses being perfect' etc...
I use this workout as a little extra abs workout AND stretch after a cardio session. It gives that extra core strength and stretches you out at the same time!!!
I just wish he would have more workouts available!

I love Tom Morley's workouts because I've seen a big change in my physique, I'm toned, feel energized, and my posture has improved a lot. I also enjoy them because they're not boring, his attitude is motivating without being too pushy, and overall I just think they're fun. I really enjoyed this particular one because it's challenging but it's just the right length of time.

As a newcomer to yoga, but not a newcomer to exercise programs in general, I really appreciate Tom's no-pressure style of teaching. He is supportive, encouraging, and, most importantly, NOT intimidating or confusing in his explanations and cueing. I would recommend this workout for anyone looking for an introduction to the yoga practice, or if you would like an intense abdominal workout in just a few short, enjoyable minutes.

This ten minute routine absolutely kicked my butt. I'd never before in my life felt so much in my abs, sustained over so many minutes. I've done it every day for two weeks, and I can already see results in the mirror.

Wow! Really challenging, but Tom's awesome attitude and sense of humor really help keep you going! My abs were done after my first session, but I felt like I got an amazing workout! This may be tough for beginners, so check out some of the beginner workouts first.
