Great yoga workout

Loved this yoga workout ONdemand, had to order it once we downgraded our cable. :) Would like to have rated it between intermediate and advanced, great toning and cardio form of yoga, great flow to all the sequences. Nice that the DVD includes a learning section for beg/intermediates to be able to get correct form w/ all poses. Ordered one for me and one for my sis as a b-day gift!

Great yoga workout

Great Yoga workout!

I first tried this workout when it was available through OnDemand. This is a great workout. I enjoyed the how the instructor takes you from cardio sequences into slow burn sequences. It really does get your heartrate going and and the instructor does a good job of explaining the poses.

I LOVE this DVD. Great length, just hard enough to feel it. I feel great afterward. Great combo of yoga stretching, cardio and strength/muscle training. I highly recommend

I started this video when it was OnDemand for cable. I wanted a workout at home that was more than 20-30 minutes one day. I tried this and it kicked my butt!! I felt it the next day. I did modifications the first time. Then, waited a day or two and went back to do it again, pushing through the sequences as much as I could. worked on it and went to every other day..until the end of the month when this video wasnt available. I tried other videos without loving it. This workout got EVERYTHING. After a month I had lost weight and also toned. My waist was the biggest difference I noticed. Ive always been a bit bigger, but seriously this video worked on defining my abs. I also saw a ton of definition in my arms. I would say Ive been using this video(after purchasing here) for two months and havent looked back. I do it about 4-6 days a week depending on my schedule. I hope you'll try the video because even though its hard at first, it works and it takes time to work out the moves. Try the mods and you'll be happy:) Good Luck!

Yogaworks Slim

I liked the dvd, but I couldn't do all the moves because they were difficult. I petered out half way into the exercises, I did feel it the next day. I will have to it gradually and work up to it since I'm just beginning to do yoga. I recommend it to intermediates and advanced exercisers.
